Very well-made website, order shipped quickly. The sliders are sturdy, I am delighted to have been able to repair my backpack. However, I had purchased another size 3BC slider in this order because it is the most commonly used size 3, which is not easy to measure. Unfortunately, it is not the right size and exchanging a partial order is impossible. Too bad! I wrote to customer service to still find a solution, I am waiting for a response.
