The shipments are fast and correspond to the ordered items. Unfortunately, after 2 attempts, I realize that clip-zip does not offer a product that meets my needs; The two ordered sliders do not fit the zipper: either too small or too large. There is no intermediate size.

This happened to me. 2 minutes after the order I sent an email that got lost in their spam. 5 days later, I was advised to refuse the letter. Done and since then no more response to my questions. Received, not received? Morality 13.88 € lost.

Really easy to set up. However, I took a small zipper for a child's jacket (4 years old) and the closure is hard to zip and there is a little spike on the tab that can be uncomfortable or even hurt a child. Maybe a defect in the product... but it doesn't allow a child to be independent with the closure of their jacket.. too bad.
