The zipper fits almost, but unfortunately did not open. With a bit of luck, I still managed to get it on the zipper and now it works again.

Excellent site, easy navigation. I finally managed to find a site that offers cases + sleeves to repair the zipper on my son's down jacket. After taking measurements, I ordered a model 10 which turned out to be a bit too big. So I ordered the model below 8 z.B. which is a bit too small but we manage to close it with force and patience. The problem partly comes from the fact that the broken zipper is entirely plastic and fixed by welding. I'm not sure it's repairable durably. Too bad, I think I will have to completely replace it.

Customer service never responded to my requests and I never got the date info. Fortunately, it eventually arrived a few weeks later. It would be more honest to put the availability on the site and it would be good to have a real customer service.
