Hello, I am happy with the products and I like the zip clip concept. However, I was disappointed because I forgot a product in my order. It is not possible to cancel immediately after or to modify an order. I therefore contacted customer service who told me to reorder the missing product, and that my shipping costs would be waived. Since then, no news, despite two follow-ups. It's not about the two euros of shipping costs, but on principle that I am disappointed.

mixed review because one of the two references is so small that it is complicated to install. And the site does not specify that the fabric must be impeccable for the repair with the sleeve to be possible; as a result, I threw away what I had purchased. On the other hand, during another purchase, I bought the sliders that clip on and they are not satisfactory in my opinion. Before, there were real replacement sliders and it was better!!

the order arrived quickly. The product, however, does not really suit a tarp or an external boat protection cover. It is very abrasive; metal on plastic is not an ideal combination. Moreover, the loop used to hold the zip is too small for a 10mm closure. For almost 20 euros with shipping, might as well change the whole closure. Too bad
