Not so easy to find my way around. I made a first order where the case did not fit because it was too small even though it was the right measurements. I took a case with a zip and finally the sleeve delivered with the case broke when tightening it. So I am mixed.

The recommended size does not match. I followed the chart to find the right size for your closure sleeve. But the sleeve is too small! I am very disappointed with the service. Since the shipping costs for a return are not refunded! I do not recommend.

After checking with you by phone and after consulting photos of your closure, I confirm that it is indeed the right size! The stops you have are double, that is why they are larger than the single stops, but the size is still correct, you can install them and it will work well.
Regarding return shipping costs, indeed we do not refund them, we are a small French company, we cannot afford to refund the shipping costs of every customer who requests a return. Best regards.

Indeed after checking the delivery tracking the package was delivered in 3 days instead of 2 days... We are sorry we depend on La Poste for the delivery of all our shipments.
They no longer guarantee the usual delivery times due to Covid19.
Since the deadlines were not respected we will refund you half of the shipping costs.

Hello, We indeed have a 15-day return period for products but we are flexible on exchanges, we understand that the deadline is short and sometimes deliveries are delayed. So we allow exchanges even after 15 days. However, we are surprised by your comment on 06/08 as we refunded your order on 30/06 when we received the sliders. The clip did not fit even though the size of the zipper is indeed the one I had identified. As for the slider, it crushed when I applied pressure with pliers to crimp it. I must not have the knack but in any case, that's 25 € lost.

However, the damaged slider cannot be replaced as it is strongly discouraged to use pliers to close the slider, it is closed with fingers with a little pressure and if the size is correct that is enough. Pliers deform the slider and also damage the teeth of the zipper.
