Delivery in 24h. The system is very simple, however they forget that those who buy this are not professionals. It was for a women's vest size S, and I ordered the 3-4, while it was a 5. We explain in our product sheets and in our user guides that a number can be found behind the slider, as it is not always there, it varies according to the manufacturers. Sometimes there may be nothing written or there may simply be a letter.

Hello, Our sleeve cases are without frills as they are designed to fit all types of closures. They may therefore appear smaller than the original ones. There may also be a size issue. Regarding the speed of shipping, it's impeccable. However, for the practical side of the small repair operation, I do not question the material, but I did not manage to change the casing which is bent and unusable on the jacket I wanted to repair the zipper. I think I should have pinched to fix the entire casing and not just one side (which is not specified in the video on your site). I think the mistake comes from there. So I ruined my purchase and my jacket is still not usable. :-(
