The 45C is a rare slider, which repairs very flat closures that are out of standard, so it is little used.
You probably need a 5C, an exchange is possible within 15 days.

Maybe a bit complicated to find the right size of the slider (even with help). But the service is great! I was able to exchange my 8C for a 5C without any issues (sent from Belgium and order placed instantly). The team is very responsive to emails!
Idea for a future product: a double zipper slider? ;) For tents, that would be really great!
