Average, the system to insert it on the zipper is good, but there is a big problem because when you pull it to close it, it opens and does not close the zipper. I have to hold it closed with my two fingers to be able to close it. Needs improvement! Good luck. Mélanie

My credit card was hacked by a foreign company after my order with Clip-zip. According to the bank's studies, it is not Clip-zip directly but a company that hacked Clip-zip's data. Please strengthen your security.
The product was good and in good condition but it was the wrong format (my fault).

Yes, the refund could not be made because the product was damaged upon receipt of your envelope.
The slider was unusable, its joint was completely loose. We had to throw it away.
That is why we could not proceed with the refund of the slider.
