I give a rating of 3 stars not because of the product but because of the delivery time of my last order which was 15 days! My first order was delivered in 2 days and the clips allowed me to repair a zipper without having to change it. I would give the product itself a rating of 5 stars but as I said, the delivery time is way too long when the repair work is urgently waiting.

I placed an order in February. The website did not indicate that some items were out of stock. I paid the full amount despite this. I then only received a small part of my order and an email informing me that some items are out of stock... but this after ordering and payment! To this day, no further communication regarding the status of my order. I am very disappointed with this way of doing things. And I am being asked for my opinion on my order while it is still largely incomplete... I would like to be informed about the status of my order. I would like a refund. This practice is scandalous and deserves no more than one star...

I am very satisfied with the clip-on repair slider from Clip & ZIP. Attaching it as well as selecting it on the website was very easy. The slider has now been on my son's favorite jacket for about 2 weeks. It holds well and closes the zipper perfectly. I can only recommend the slider and will definitely order again if needed. Only the shipping to Germany took about 2 weeks. That was a shame.
