This time I tried to take a clip for an invisible zipper and it didn't work, and while trying the clip even broke.

The first package never left. They responded after the second email and will send me another one. Just don't be in a hurry (3 weeks). I imagine that when everything goes well it must be fast..

Product of poor quality concerning me, does not close easily & fragile. Did not save my down jacket... but it was worth a try!

I have not yet received my order because you allegedly did not have my house number. Only after I called you did you notice it. I hope to receive the order soon.

Within an hour of placing my order (on a weekend) I contacted customer service by email to tell them to cancel my order because I realized it would not be suitable. No response, delivery made in an unusual timeframe for a colissimo. So I do not recommend at all.

The assembly was relatively easy, but the zipper does not work properly. It keeps opening below the zip.

I wrote an email to you a week ago that I received the SEPA, a large black one and a small silver one. The large black one did not open with the small red spacer that came with it. Therefore, I gently tried with a small screwdriver, unfortunately, the clip broke because the hinge was not easy enough to operate. I am absolutely not satisfied with the quality and would like to return it. I also wrote that but have not received any feedback so far. I am hesitant to even open the small silver one because it is also so hard to open. I am afraid of damaging it as well. I would prefer to return both and get my money back. I find this an incredibly poor quality for the price. Sorry, I am sorry. I was very happy to find something like this at all, but I am more than disappointed to spend 18 € on it. For two SEPA, one already did not open and broke, and as I said, I am hesitant to even touch the other one. I am very disappointed.

Inferior quality, zipper does not work and broke immediately upon disassembly. Since the return, support has not responded, Paypal buyer protection must handle this.

The ordered zippers did not help me, it's okay. But I filled out the return form twice which each time remained unanswered 'satisfied or refunded' ?? well no, no return possible

Product received on time and in perfect condition, but the pull tab is too small and thin. It won't last long.

This is not the first time I buy from them, no issues so far. Unfortunately, during the last order, the zip was so small and closed that the provided pull tab was unable to open the zip; resulting in the use of a screwdriver to try to open it which broke the zip...

The slider does not engage both sides of the closure together, even though it is the right model and the right size. I have to press on it every time, otherwise the zip does not close. Disappointed with the product.

I referred to the measurement described on the site and in doubt I ordered 2 sizes (3 and 5) for a metal zipper and obviously it's the 4 that is needed and they don't have it!

Easy-to-access site. The size reference guide is a good idea, however regarding the slider ordered using this guide it did not work despite several attempts, the zipper remaining in the open position. The slider eventually broke so money spent for nothing and negative experience.

The slider was already closed and impossible to open for use. A vain purchase.

The contact was nice - but unfortunately the replacement sliders do not work. Since the return is at my expense, I had bad luck twice and paid a lot of money for nothing. Too bad!

It didn't work at all, I sent it back and I still haven't been refunded.

I was happy to find a seamless system. I took size 5, which corresponded to my old slider, except that your slider goes up but impossible to make it go down on the zip. So, it became a pullover jacket. No problem.

very practical to assemble and suitable format, however the zip is difficult to close/open, you have to pull hard on it.
I will still extend the life of my down jacket.

It didn't work on my gore-tex jacket. It's not a big deal. But the communication is very poor. Impossible to contact customer service and in the end, I returned the product and still no explanation as to why it didn't work.

The site is easy to use. However, I am disappointed with what I ordered, it was for a double-sided closure, I did put the sleeve but the only downside is that there is no stop for the slider so my slider keeps coming off.

I still haven't received it....

It doesn't work!

My opinion is about the zipper repair slider product. The big difficulty comes from the necessity to close both sides beforehand before placing the slider (not Clip-zip's fault). Then, the closure of the slider is imperfect, which makes it ineffective (it doesn't close behind, unless you assist the slide by holding the slider firmly between thumb and index). A fixed closure system (small screw?) would be preferable.
On the other hand, the site and the seller are reliable and efficient. I recommend the site, not the product.
