The clip purchased broke during its use. Very sturdy as a product! Initially, the site seemed responsive on Messenger, asking me if I wanted a refund, an exchange, or another product, and then afterwards, no response to my emails, and zero refund

I waited more than a month to get a slider, when I see that when I order motorcycle parts in Germany and it arrives in a week and a half, go find an error on this part, no problem.

I think there is a mix-up regarding what I ordered. Gold plastic and metallic black or the metallic one doesn't look very metallic... I have nevertheless already installed the gold one. I'm hesitant about the black one because it's for a leather jacket.

I ordered 2 different sliders 5B and 5C and I received the same 2 !! 1 is therefore unusable for me. I reported my problem through the contact form twice and have been left without answers since. Hence my dissatisfaction

After many phone calls and emails, I received no satisfactory response. Only one person told me they were forwarding my issue. Since then, silence as they say. Today, I am returning the order by mail and requesting a refund. Very disappointing communication.

I give 5 stars for the idea of the product and the responsiveness associated with the processing of my order! However, in case of a problem, if the product does not fit... the rating drops... we cannot give 0 and it's a shame because it would be commercially much more coherent. So I give 1. No response other than automated ones! I am still waiting for their feedback regarding the photos sent. It is important to specify that the pictures show the closure and that their pattern for selection is always associated! If this seller reads me here, know that I am waiting for your feedback and instructions via Messenger, WhatsApp or email since I have written to you on all these different communication tools.

In January, I received an email informing me that a new slider (the one I had ordered broke when I tried to install it) would be sent to me. Since then, I have received nothing. And I have received no response to the 3 emails requesting information sent since. I am very disappointed

I placed my order on February 29, it is now March 15 and I still haven't received anything. I sent an email via the contact form and I haven't received a response. So as of today, I do not recommend this site.

Hello, your site is well made thanks to the different measurements and diagrams proposed. The delivery was fast. But the zipper is not suitable for repairing my husband's jacket. I am quite disappointed because 11 euros for a zipper that will stay in the drawer, I would have preferred it to work.
