After 15 days I called and they sent me the item again still by letter without tracking which I still have not received. I called again and they sent it to me with tracking which I finally received but almost a month later

The stop sleeves fixed by tightening with a pliers (as recommended) detach after very few uses, particularly the incoming element. Renewed experience with the same result. Big disappointment.

Customer service never responded to my requests and I never got the date info. Fortunately, it eventually arrived a few weeks later. It would be more honest to put the availability on the site and it would be good to have a real customer service.
