Hello,
I had already used this system with a zipper that opens completely without any problem.
With my non-separable zipper (collar zipper), I had no problem installing it, but it often comes undone if I pull it down too low or up too high.
I think I will have to make 2 locking points to remedy this problem.

Nothing to say about the speed of delivery. However, I had ordered a clip-on slider to replace the broken one. On the one to be replaced, a 7 was mentioned, so I followed the correspondence (5) on the site. Unfortunately, while the slider fits quite easily on the right side of the zipper, it is impossible to close the whole thing.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the slider within the promised time and I had to rush to the stores before my son's school trip departure, as the zipper of his down jacket was broken, down jacket open etc... I waited a long time for the slider which arrived after the week of the school trip. Moreover, if you order as a guest, it is impossible to have postal tracking, when you finally create the account there is no trace of the order, not practical for returns!! In short, a disaster all around for me, I have no opinion on the slider as I have not tried it.

When it works, it's good, but unfortunately very customer-unfriendly return conditions. I ordered a zipper for jeans, it works, and two of the smallest nylon zippers for two other pants. But they were still too big, or they do not close the zippers. I wanted to return them, but that can only be done in the unused package along with the third zipper and the tool. I would have to pay for the postage myself. Annoying.
