The clip&zip choice grid is not reliable. I had to return the parts that did not fit the backpack. The package arrived in my absence. When I tested it, the 15-day return period had passed. I still returned the lot. I am still waiting for news from them.

Hello, We indeed have a 15-day return period for products but we are flexible on exchanges, we understand that the deadline is short and sometimes deliveries are delayed. So we allow exchanges even after 15 days. However, we are surprised by your comment on 06/08 as we refunded your order on 30/06 when we received the sliders. The clip did not fit even though the size of the zipper is indeed the one I had identified. As for the slider, it crushed when I applied pressure with pliers to crimp it. I must not have the knack but in any case, that's 25 € lost.

However, the damaged slider cannot be replaced as it is strongly discouraged to use pliers to close the slider, it is closed with fingers with a little pressure and if the size is correct that is enough. Pliers deform the slider and also damage the teeth of the zipper.

It is true that installing a casing and a sleeve at first can be a bit difficult.
The best is to test on a garment that you no longer use by taking several units of casing and sleeve.
The smaller and thinner the pieces are, the more they will tend to deform quickly.
The trick is to crimp little by little without forcing too hard at the beginning.
