I gave one star because I couldn't give less… the clip is extremely fragile to the point that it broke as soon as it was placed on the zipper. I feel cheated and robbed, moreover I received no response from customer service after filing a complaint!!!

However, when using the wrong tools or forcing too much to install them (for example, if the size is too small and you force it), it can indeed damage the slider. Especially small sliders because the smaller an item is, the more fragile it will be and it should be handled with care.

Meh, I lost money and time because I have to reorder another size 8C (I had taken 5C) Yet with the size chart (useful because scale 1/1) and with my caliper to measure the zipper of my broken suitcase ...
