If the ordered slider is not compatible with the closure, it is probably just a size issue. You ordered a very small slider, we recently sent you another model, hoping it will suit you.
For your future orders and for any questions regarding the size of the slider, we advise you to call us with the exact measurements of the closure and if you can, send us a photo of it by email.
This will help us determine the item you need. We exchange or refund items ordered by mistake in size.

hello, not easy to choose the right zip. It would be good to put photos for each zipper. When I made the first order I made a mistake and it's a shame. The password recovery system is a bit tedious.

To replace a casing or a sleeve in good conditions, the 'fabric' to which the sleeve or casing is attached must be in very good condition. However, when one wants to replace a casing or a sleeve, it is generally because it has partially torn off and therefore this part, the part of the fabric to which it was attached, is damaged. But in this case, the replacement does not really solve the problem.

In the case where the fabric is damaged, we advise you to reduce your mesh by removing one or two teeth from the bottom of your zipper in order to start from a clean base where the casing and its sleeve can be properly fixed.
