Very disappointed. The zlideon sliders do not work. Really dissatisfied because I ruined 2 beautiful coats. Even though the site refunded me for the sliders, I had to pay the shipping fee and I lost 2 brand coats. To be avoided...

The idea is good and the delivery was fast but nothing to do, it doesn't work on my backpack. I had a lot of trouble clipping it to the base of the zipper and once I succeeded, it didn't hold.

More than 5 days to receive the product. The size of the pull tab is impossible to assess by measuring according to the data provided on the site.
The system does not work, great: practical to place but since it is a system based on the opening of the mechanism, after installation it opens all the time with a little force or resistance. 15 euros wasted.

Have you thought about contacting our customer service ([email protected]) in case the problem comes from the Zlideon slider? It should be noted that if your zipper is completely damaged, the Zlideon slider will obviously be of no use.
