Hello, I give one star for several reasons, firstly I found the delivery relatively long, 1 week to receive a simple slider, I find that long. But the worst is that I installed the slider on my closure and it only worked once, since then it has been impossible to keep my closure closed while with the rest of the old slider it worked perfectly. I found this system very good to avoid changing the zipper. The installed clip does not hold, as soon as there is tension on the closure the clip opens and no longer holds. On a jacket it's perfect but on the closure of pants it's not good. Too bad.

Hello, the site itself, the simplicity of the order and the delivery of the product are exceptional and without surprises. However, I couldn't manage to mount the zipper to repair my closure (I ordered 2 pieces just in case). The size seems good (there isn't a more suitable one) and the explanations and videos are sufficiently explanatory (except perhaps the 'power' of the cutting pliers to be used to remove the old zipper). However, it's impossible to fully close either of the zippers purchased. Fingers, pliers, nothing works. To date, the repair is not effective. Too bad, the idea was appealing.
