Maybe a bit complicated to find the right size of the slider (even with help). But the service is great! I was able to exchange my 8C for a 5C without any issues (sent from Belgium and order placed instantly). The team is very responsive to emails!

I received the product very quickly, I had made a mistake on the size of the slider, so I requested a return and refund, the next day I had the return slip. I should be refunded as soon as they receive my return. Practical and fast. So I will not hesitate to order again because we are allowed to make mistakes!
