The ordered item was delivered quickly - but does not work at all. Despite comparing the zipper sizes, the zip closure does not snap onto the zipper and does not open and close the closure. That was wasted money.

Hello, I returned it and I have not yet been refunded because it is too big. You used new names for the zippers, which was incorrect. I need the same zipper in size M, one size down.
