After many phone calls and emails, I received no satisfactory response. Only one person told me they were forwarding my issue. Since then, silence as they say. Today, I am returning the order by mail and requesting a refund. Very disappointing communication.

However, in case of a problem, if the product does not fit... the rating drops... we cannot give 0 and it's a shame because it would be commercially much more coherent. So I give 1. No response other than automated ones! I am still waiting for their feedback regarding the photos sent. It is important to specify that the pictures show the closure and that their pattern for selection is always associated!
