No possibility of exchange in case of order error, just refunds and you have to reorder again. However, they only partially refund without justification, you have to claim to finally get a full refund. Not simple and not correct.

I bought two clip&zip pull tabs, the first one broke when I tried to open it to attach it to my jacket, the second one I managed to attach but after a few uses my zipper wouldn't close again, and the pull tab got stuck on the wrong side... so I had to reopen it to reattach it and since then it doesn't work at all (it doesn't close enough and ended up disassembling itself...). I also contacted customer service after the first broken piece and 3 weeks later and a follow-up, I still have no new piece or news at all.

Hello, very satisfied with the technology. I was able to save a jacket that I cared about. However, it is a pity that you cannot change the look of the pull tab which is very ugly. Perhaps consider as an option pull tabs that clip onto the existing one.
