Due to a misestimation on my part, the model I ordered did not match. I sent an email to ask how to exchange it, but I never received a response. This is very regrettable as I left for a trip on December 31 for a duration of 2 months without being able to repair the zipper of my bag. 10.95 euros spent for NOTHING.
