Unfortunately, and certainly exceptionally, a mismanagement of a comment left on the order despite previous email exchanges, and thus a small misunderstanding, resulting in a wrong order. But everything is done for customer satisfaction!! Very satisfied with the after-sales management of the customer service that is looking for solutions for my problem, certainly on the verge of being resolved (sending parts for testing ....etc ....) Impeccable customer service, kindness on the phone etc.... Do not hesitate to call, there will be an answer!!!! If you want to repair, I recommend the site, provided you do not have the compatibility problem with the cursor, sleeves, etc...(but maybe I should have asked the question beforehand)..Very fast delivery by post (immediate processing of the order, just the postal delay!!) SUPER
In conclusion: do not hesitate!!!

Product exchanges will only cost you the shipping price.
Once the item is received in the store we will send your exchange at our expense and if there is a price difference between the two items we will refund the difference! If on the contrary the desired product is more expensive than the one originally purchased, we will send you a payment link, but generally this does not exceed 1.70€.

It is more than unpleasant to order products on the site and barely after payment is completed (order validation, order, etc....) receive an email indicating out of stock without specifying which product thus delaying delivery. I immediately called customer service to possibly cancel my order (another site offered the same products): My contact person informed me that the main part of my order was in stock and would ship the next day. The next day, an email from customer service telling me there was a misunderstanding during our phone communication. When there is a stock shortage, they wait to receive the product to send everything. But (good point for them) he offered to send me the zips exceptionally or to accept to wait. I requested the shipment which I received the next day so 4 days after the order which is very good as a delay.
What is abnormal is to leave online products that they no longer have and not to inform the customer at the time of the order. Too bad.
Maybe one day I will receive the gel?
