I would like to send you this note which is not a criticism but just an observation, despite your advice and the precautions taken I am troubled by the idea that the slider is not compatible with my jacket even though it is the same reference, everything is in place well aligned but it does not slide to close between the two rails it seems that the guide at the front is too big, I don't know what to do. I await your response. Best regards.

Thanks to clip-zip I was able to change the zipper slider of a down jacket very easily. A seamstress was asking me 100€ to change the zipper... great solution with clip-zip! And at a lower cost!
