The repair slider comes off at the first press. The opening tab is too weak it gave way during use. I returned the product immediately, I am still not refunded.... PATHETIC

The site does not allow to determine the size of the parts precisely. A range of photos would be welcome. The reorganization of the site as well (a bit confusing). Otherwise, very good, it allows to easily repair a garment ... A good economic and ecological approach! Thank you!!

Very pleasant phone support. But my error in the order which should have been corrected before delivery .. was not corrected (my mistake / color). Another point, the indication on my zipper was number 7, the support replied that the equivalent in our product is 5C .. the result works but not as well as the others (seems a bit tight, catches a bit) despite everything .. satisfactory
