I should have taken a larger size. I received a credit. But disappointment with very high price increases even for the product I returned. So free shipping? No advantage, I should have kept my item for something else....

Following an order error, I returned a slider that didn't fit and then received a new slider that does fit. In the exchange, it was supposed to be free shipping and this was confirmed to me by email by an employee who seemed shocked that I had to pay shipping fees again to receive the new slider. He informed me by email that he was addressing the problem immediately but without results since December 22!!!! After a first order, my trust in the company Clip&Zip has been significantly shaken. I specify that it is not the amount owed that matters, but the credibility and the principle of honesty of the company that disappointed me!

Easy to place an order. Delivery time respected and fast. Just a note: when it comes to very small items, (e.g. case/stop sleeve), it should be possible to order 2 without doubling the shipping costs as they are very light pieces.
