first order with a return due to an error. Never heard back or received a refund.... second order a pack with 2 sliders. The repair lasted 3 days. I do not recommend as there was no contact with customer service nor any email response after requesting information

Overall very satisfied - very well prepared package, friendly phone reception, items conforming.
Some references on the site without stock. After paying for the order, I received a message indicating an additional delivery time for missing items without knowing which ones they were. After a phone call, the information was ultimately incorrect and the order was shipped immediately. Too bad, there may have been some that I needed that were available.

the products are very good except that the indicated promotion: 3 cases/sleeves purchased = 1 free was forgotten, I did not receive the one offered.
I had ordered 3 kits to get the fourth to have 2 kits in advance in case of problems.

The clip easily inserts into the zipper. To close the zipper, you have to pull harder, which is a bit tiring. Otherwise, it's a very good simple solution.
