I bought two clip&zip pull tabs, the first one broke when I tried to open it to attach it to my jacket, the second one I managed to attach but after a few uses my zipper wouldn't close again, and the pull tab got stuck on the wrong side... so I had to reopen it to reattach it and since then it doesn't work at all (it doesn't close enough and ended up disassembling itself...). I also contacted customer service after the first broken piece and 3 weeks later and a follow-up, I still have no new piece or news at all.

Hello, very satisfied with the technology. I was able to save a jacket that I cared about. However, it is a pity that you cannot change the look of the pull tab which is very ugly. Perhaps consider as an option pull tabs that clip onto the existing one.

slider not suitable for fairly wide teeth although the size corresponds. The joint of the two jaws with a rivet? needs to be reviewed. The slider once opened closes poorly and the plastic tool is insufficient to open the slider, easier with a flat screwdriver.
