Hello, We do not offer plastic sliders as they would not be strong enough. All our sliders are made of zinc die-cast. However, we offer sliders for different types of closures: metal, plastic, nylon, or for invisible ones. If you ordered a slider of reference B (for plastic) and received an A (metal) upon delivery, please do not hesitate to request a replacement at this address: [email protected] We specify that for the replacement to be possible, your product must be in perfect condition. Does the job, but looks fragile because the tip you hold is quite thin.
There is also a spike on it that could hurt when you lift it...
I wonder if we can saw it because once lowered, it fits into a housing that makes it invisible.

I am satisfied with this site because I did not order the right slider. I sent an email and someone advised me to take the larger size after sending a photo of the closure and the old slider twice. I was refunded for the first slider I returned and paid for the second one, where an exchange can also be done. Great!
