Good product, to see on the duration but I have trouble understanding why for the purchase of 2 sliders the shipping costs are higher, it fits in the same envelope and it doesn't weigh anything more, could someone explain????

If you made a mistake in the size of the slider, you can still request an exchange for free, contact [email protected] for more information. They will help you find the exact size.
Regarding the point in the slider, it is a brake. It ensures that when the closure is closed, it does not open again since the slider will block it with this brake. If you lower the slider tab, the point will disappear and will no longer bother you.
If your item has broken, we also invite you to contact customer service by email. The sliders are made of zinc alloy, which makes them much stronger than the original sliders of the closure; if it broke during installation, that is not normal.
A solution will be provided to you quickly as soon as your request has been sent.
