Hello, I give one star for several reasons, firstly I found the delivery relatively long, 1 week to receive a simple slider, I find that long. But the worst is that I installed the slider on my closure and it only worked once, since then it has been impossible to keep my closure closed while with the rest of the old slider it worked perfectly. So I really do not recommend this type of slider for repairing your closures.

I found this system very good to avoid changing the zipper. The installed clip does not hold, as soon as there is tension on the closure the clip opens and no longer holds. On a jacket it's perfect but on the closure of pants it's not good. Too bad.

Hello, the site itself, the simplicity of the order and the delivery of the product are exceptional and without surprises. However, I couldn't manage to mount the zipper to repair my closure (I ordered 2 pieces just in case). The size seems good (there isn't a more suitable one) and the explanations and videos are sufficiently explanatory (except perhaps the 'power' of the cutting pliers to be used to remove the old zipper). However, it's impossible to fully close either of the zippers purchased. Fingers, pliers, nothing works. To date, the repair is not effective. Too bad, the idea was appealing.

Good overall impression, despite a customer service issue with the parts I had bought for my zipper, I was perfectly taken care of and was able to receive the supplies again to carry out my repair (I only had to pay the shipping costs for customer service). One should not tighten too much when making the repair, lest the supplies break. I am nonetheless satisfied with this company and the products delivered... Thank you for the various support.

Easy ordering process. Products received quickly. Unfortunately, I broke the first replacement stop delivered with the sleeve by tightening it too hard (you have to know this, be careful this part is relatively fragile due to design finesse). So customer service, quick return of the product (shipping costs at my expense but that suits me). I was therefore able to finalize my repair while being careful not to make the same mistake again. I would therefore recommend Clip-zip without difficulty.

Everything went well, although the delivery could have been faster. In the end, the zipper works again, but I have serious doubts about the longevity of the handle used to pull the slider. It's very thin and doesn't inspire confidence at all. We'll see over time...
