Very disappointed. The zlideon sliders do not work. Really dissatisfied because I ruined 2 beautiful coats. Even though the site refunded me for the sliders, I had to pay the shipping fee and I lost 2 brand coats. To be avoided...

good, but not easy to measure zippers, so there are big risks of getting the wrong reference! Moreover, shipping costs are too high. They should even be free for a simple mini bubble envelope in which a very small slider is placed.

To measure the zipper we actually provide a small card with your order to help find the right slider.
Regarding shipping costs, we are currently studying a new delivery service, we are well aware of the price but for now for a small item like this we have no choice but to charge for shipping.

Have you thought about contacting our customer service ([email protected]) in case the problem comes from the Zlideon slider? It should be noted that if your zipper is completely damaged, the Zlideon slider will obviously be of no use.
