I give a rating of 3 stars not because of the product but because of the delivery time of my last order which was 15 days! My first order was delivered in 2 days and the clips allowed me to repair a zipper without having to change it. I would give the product itself a rating of 5 stars but as I said, the delivery time is way too long when the repair work is urgently waiting.

I placed an order in February. The website did not indicate that some items were out of stock. I paid the full amount despite this. I then only received a small part of my order and an email informing me that some items are out of stock... but this after ordering and payment! To this day, no further communication regarding the status of my order. I am very disappointed with this way of doing things. And I am being asked for my opinion on my order while it is still largely incomplete... I would like to be informed about the status of my order. I would like a refund. This practice is scandalous and deserves no more than one star...

I would like to send you this note which is not a criticism but just an observation, despite your advice and the precautions taken I am troubled by the idea that the slider is not compatible with my jacket even though it is the same reference, everything is in place well aligned but it does not slide to close between the two rails it seems that the guide at the front is too big, I don't know what to do.
