Very efficient. The explanations are clear, delivery 48 hours after the order, clipping is the simplest (the biggest difficulty is removing the damaged zip). For me, it's great because I found the right zip size. I measured following the advice and I hesitated between two sizes. I chose the best-selling one and it was the right choice.

I received the product very quickly, I had made a mistake on the size of the slider, so I requested a return and refund, the next day I had the return slip.
