At first, the instructions for measuring the right zipper size seemed very helpful. Unfortunately, disappointment followed: Although the measured size was delivered, the replacement zipper did not fit the original zipper slider. Additionally, I found the return to a somewhat untrustworthy address in Saarbrücken problematic. I sent both parts back, but even after a week and a half, I have not received a refund of the purchase price. Overall, I am very disappointed and did not expect such difficulties. Very unfortunate.

Hello, I give one star for several reasons, firstly I found the delivery relatively long, 1 week to receive a simple slider, I find that long. But the worst is that I installed the slider on my closure and it only worked once, since then it has been impossible to keep my closure closed while with the rest of the old slider it worked perfectly.
