After receiving the order, I discovered that the zipper was too large. I then returned it in its original packaging with a request to exchange it for a smaller zipper. Unfortunately, so far, I have not received any response to my return or my email. All attempts to call have also been in vain...

Order placed on April 18, on May 4 still nothing received. I was informed by phone that delivery by green letter rate could take 14 days.

Site pre-selecting a choice. Be very careful otherwise order error. This happened to me. 2 minutes after the order I sent an email that got lost in their spam. 5 days later, I was advised to refuse the letter. Done and since then no more response to my questions. Received, not received? Morality 13.88 € lost.

I waited more than a month to get a slider, when I see that when I order motorcycle parts in Germany and it arrives in a week and a half, go find an error on this part, no problem.

After many phone calls and emails, I received no satisfactory response. Only one person told me they were forwarding my issue. Since then, silence as they say. Today, I am returning the order by mail and requesting a refund. Very disappointing communication.

I give 5 stars for the idea of the product and the responsiveness associated with the processing of my order! However, in case of a problem, if the product does not fit... the rating drops... we cannot give 0 and it's a shame because it would be commercially much more coherent. So I give 1. No response other than automated ones! I am still waiting for their feedback regarding the photos sent. It is important to specify that the pictures show the closure and that their pattern for selection is always associated! If this seller reads me here, know that I am waiting for your feedback and instructions via Messenger, WhatsApp or email since I have written to you on all these different communication tools.

In January, I received an email informing me that a new slider (the one I had ordered broke when I tried to install it) would be sent to me. Since then, I have received nothing. And I have received no response to the 3 emails requesting information sent since. I am very disappointed

I placed my order on February 29, it is now March 15 and I still haven't received anything. I sent an email via the contact form and I haven't received a response. So as of today, I do not recommend this site.
