The order went well - I understood which sliders to order for my double bass cover (size 10) and they arrived on time. The installation was relatively simple, however the slider does not apply enough pressure on the closure which consequently opens behind the slider (unless you manipulate it by applying additional pressure on the back part at a 45-degree angle). It's not ideal. At least it works better than a broken slider but not as well as the original - I also find it quite expensive...

Hello, after being disappointed with the items purchased from Amazon, I discovered your site and ordered two sliders to repair a bag zipper. Your help sheet for choosing the slider based on the type of zipper is useful. The sliders seem well designed. Installation is easy and for now I am satisfied with the result (to be seen over time...) The only downside: the price!!
