I have returned the received slider because it cannot be installed. Probably a size error, specifying the model that would fit. Since then no news..... I therefore request a refund for this order, if I cannot have the correct model, ...while still preferring to have the requested item.... waiting for a quick response from you.........

The site is great, you can find exactly what you need.
However, I only give 3 stars for shipping, you stated received in 1 or 2 working days but my first order was sent 3 days later and now I am on the second day of my order and still not sent...
