Have you thought about contacting our customer service ([email protected]) in case the problem comes from the Zlideon slider? It should be noted that if your zipper is completely damaged, it is obvious that the Zlideon slider will be of no use.

Very good site. Taking measurements on my boots under a thick rubber edge did not allow me to choose the right reference. Upon receiving the sliders, a size index of zippers to scale, attached to my order, allowed me to see that the necessary dimension should be smaller: could this index not be printable from the site? I returned it and am now waiting for the new sliders

I asked for advice for my first order and I was not indicated the right slider. So I had to reorder another one with doubled fees while the envelope showed €1.50 and I paid €3.90 in shipping costs. Impeccable, fast delivery, the zipper is repaired in less than a minute, it's impressive!
