After-sales service difficult to reach. Person not at all friendly on the phone.
Replacement item sent very late.
Tutorial could be improved (does not indicate at all that a click should be heard when opening the piece and that one must insist while holding the item very firmly with the plastic wedge).
The 2nd finally received works very well. Only positive point of this long experience.

I ordered a slider for repairing a nylon spiral zipper size 5 C and I received a size 5 slider (just that) too small. According to the template chart downloaded from your site, it seems to me that the slider sent (no. 5) is for metal or plastic zippers. I requested an exchange which is taking a long time to arrive........Otherwise, despite this incident, the delivery went well.

Replacement of a zip that no longer had a pull tab. Easy to open clasp and easy to put in place. Very quick replacement. The only downside is that it catches a little on the closure. But it allowed me to extend the life of my bag. I really recommend!

Quite dissatisfied with the purchased slider. Installation ok, closure ok, but opening is a disaster it doesn't slide (maybe I installed it wrong). But that tip that digs into the finger is unbearable.

Good overall impression, despite a customer service issue with the parts I had bought for my zipper, I was perfectly taken care of and was able to receive the supplies again to carry out my repair (I only had to pay the shipping costs for customer service). One should not tighten too much when making the repair, lest the supplies break. I am nonetheless satisfied with this company and the products delivered... Thank you for the various support.

Easy ordering process. Products received quickly. Unfortunately, I broke the first replacement stop delivered with the sleeve by tightening it too hard (you have to know this, be careful this part is relatively fragile due to design finesse). So customer service, quick return of the product (shipping costs at my expense but that suits me). I was therefore able to finalize my repair while being careful not to make the same mistake again. I would therefore recommend Clip-zip without difficulty.
