I also 'lubricated' the teeth of the zipper with dry soap to improve sliding, is there another method?
In any case, to repair a leather handbag in record time (no sewing!), it's ideal!

It's really great to only change the slider and it's a considerable time saver. I bought the slider to put on a long down jacket, if I had to change the zipper, not only would I not know if I would have found one long enough (and the right color) but I would have had the courage to put it on....
