The principle of the clip is great but there is a point on the clip that hurts children when they handle the zipper cart. That's why I only give two stars. The clip hurts a child.

Customer service has not responded for a week. I complained about the product because it did not fit. After two follow-ups, the same product was sent back to me, with a return label. For that, the second star. I wrote to customer service again and asked for a solution. No response. I have now accepted that the purchase was a waste of time and money. Even this survey, why am I being contacted in French, I do not speak French. I had to translate the questions with Google Translate. The picture below shows that I was indeed sent the wrong product twice.

My item did not arrive quickly. I returned it for an exchange. I called 3 days ago. I was told it had arrived and would be processed as a priority. Since then, no news. I had requested an exchange, and I was told it was not possible because I had put the references of my new item inside. I would first get a credit note and I would have to reorder the item. To get it in 48 hours, they ask for 11 euros in shipping fees. That's huge.
