Have you thought about contacting our customer service ([email protected]) in case the problem comes from the Zlideon slider? It should be noted that if your zipper is completely damaged, it is obvious that the Zlideon slider will be of no use.

The idea is good and the delivery was fast but nothing to do, it doesn't work on my backpack. I had a lot of trouble clipping it to the base of the zipper and once I succeeded, it didn't hold.
