This is not the first time I buy from them, no issues so far. Unfortunately, during the last order, the zip was so small and closed that the provided pull tab was unable to open the zip; resulting in the use of a screwdriver to try to open it which broke the zip...

Easy-to-access site. The size reference guide is a good idea, however regarding the slider ordered using this guide it did not work despite several attempts, the zipper remaining in the open position. The slider eventually broke so money spent for nothing and negative experience.

The site is easy to use. However, I am disappointed with what I ordered, it was for a double-sided closure, I did put the sleeve but the only downside is that there is no stop for the slider so my slider keeps coming off.

My opinion is about the zipper repair slider product. The big difficulty comes from the necessity to close both sides beforehand before placing the slider (not Clip-zip's fault). Then, the closure of the slider is imperfect, which makes it ineffective (it doesn't close behind, unless you assist the slide by holding the slider firmly between thumb and index). A fixed closure system (small screw?) would be preferable.
On the other hand, the site and the seller are reliable and efficient. I recommend the site, not the product.

Hello,
I had already used this system with a zipper that opens completely without any problem.
With my non-separable zipper (collar zipper), I had no problem installing it, but it often comes undone if I pull it down too low or up too high.
I think I will have to make 2 locking points to remedy this problem.

It does not fit at all despite several attempts
It was a separable reverse zipper. Despite a good positioning of the zip, impossible to close the zipper completely.

Nothing to say about the speed of delivery. However, I had ordered a clip-on slider to replace the broken one. On the one to be replaced, a 7 was mentioned, so I followed the correspondence (5) on the site. Unfortunately, while the slider fits quite easily on the right side of the zipper, it is impossible to close the whole thing.

slider not suitable for fairly wide teeth although the size corresponds. The joint of the two jaws with a rivet? needs to be reviewed. The slider once opened closes poorly and the plastic tool is insufficient to open the slider, easier with a flat screwdriver.
