my negative opinion:
- shipping is advertised as free for orders over €30, but for an order of €52 I am charged €3.90 for delivery - I therefore reduced my order to the strict minimum

Hello,
As stated on the site, the shipping fee offer cannot be combined with other promotions on the site. If you had, for example, a promotion in the cart (4th slider free), you could not also have the discount on shipping fees.
If you had no other promotion then it was certainly a computer problem. Don't hesitate to contact customer service for any inquiries when you have questions or requests, especially if it's while you are placing your order.

Very good site and very good advice. We managed to repair a nearly new motorcycle jacket whose slider was broken. The purchase price of the jacket: 200 euros. The price to repair the zipper: 9 euros. However, be careful with sliders corresponding to an invisible or waterproof zipper on this type of jackets, the 5c does not fit and the 5c2 fits perfectly. Perfect for the ordering and delivery process.
However, my account was debited 11.75€ instead of 9.85€ charged!!
The choice of the slider size based on the reference card is not reliable and the number on the old slider does not correspond to anything in your data.
I am therefore trying a new format.

Your invoice includes the slider + delivery, after checking the total of your invoice is indeed 11.75€ (9.45€ for the slider and 2.30€ for delivery). If you have not received this invoice, please report it by email to [email protected]
We will send you the invoice with all the details, but normally you receive it by email automatically.
Regarding the reference card, it only contains the most common sliders, those that can be found almost everywhere.
For all other cases, it is preferable to contact customer service before placing an order. However, on the site, you will find all the references of the sliders in the size guide with measurements and the type of closure they are clipable on.
