Simple to use site but it would be good to put photos next to the different types of zips

The site is very good, very clear. Speed of delivery. The item I ordered does not fit what I needed to repair.

Does the job, but looks fragile because the tip you hold is quite thin.
There is also a spike on it that could hurt when you lift it...
I wonder if we can saw it because once lowered, it fits into a housing that makes it invisible.

my negative opinion:
- shipping is advertised as free for orders over €30, but for an order of €52 I am charged €3.90 for delivery - I therefore reduced my order to the strict minimum

Perfect for the ordering and delivery process.
However, my account was debited 11.75€ instead of 9.85€ charged!!
The choice of the slider size based on the reference card is not reliable and the number on the old slider does not correspond to anything in your data.
I am therefore trying a new format.

Disappointed by the final result

The idea is very good because it is a hassle to change a zipper, but the size of the zipper is not taken into account. This means that for a jacket, having measured the width of my zipper, the slider received does not fit at all. So 10€ spent for nothing.

I had to make 2 purchases to get the right size. It should be simplified for sizing. 2nd shipment a bit long...

The site itself is well made

I did not choose the right size of closure, as I did not find it very clear on the site, 4/5 mm ok but where exactly is it measured? It just lacks a small diagram... otherwise happy that the shipping costs are not too expensive and received quickly

Unfortunately, I made a mistake in ordering the sliders, taking the smaller size (5C) it fits much better, the closure was repaired in a few minutes.

More precision for setting up the zip would be welcome...

I received my slider quite quickly but I am very disappointed because it does not work.
They offered me an exchange but I think I will have to pay again!

It is more than unpleasant to order products on the site and barely after payment is completed (order validation, order, etc....) receive an email indicating out of stock without specifying which product thus delaying delivery. I immediately called customer service to possibly cancel my order (another site offered the same products): My contact person informed me that the main part of my order was in stock and would ship the next day. The next day, an email from customer service telling me there was a misunderstanding during our phone communication. When there is a stock shortage, they wait to receive the product to send everything. But (good point for them) he offered to send me the zips exceptionally or to accept to wait. I requested the shipment which I received the next day so 4 days after the order which is very good as a delay.
What is abnormal is to leave online products that they no longer have and not to inform the customer at the time of the order. Too bad.
Maybe one day I will receive the gel?
