During my first order, following the instructions, I carefully measured the width of the zipper to be repaired - 5mm - and ordered the recommended slider - 3B - but upon delivery it turned out to be too small. I then ordered the one size up, 5B, normally intended for zippers around 6mm and it fits perfectly to my 5mm wide zipper. Perhaps the measuring instructions should be modified. I did see the warning 3B/5B but did not think I would be concerned having - I think - correctly measured my zipper at the starting point.

We ordered 2 sizes of sliders (measurements taken as you indicated on your site) and unfortunately impossible to install them. We had to go to a haberdashery that sold your sliders to sell us another one and install it. The size problem is poorly explained and the instructional video goes too fast.

It's not easy to put the case on and crimp it, so I had to buy 2 cases (cost of 2 cases + 2 shipping fees of course): the first time the case didn't hold and the opening of the closure was not found in the schoolyard, the second time I made sure to crimp the case well but obviously it damages the shine of the case but at least it holds.

This is most certainly due to the wrong choice of slider: the 4C2 slider is made for invisible zippers, which explains why it comes off. For your bag we recommend the 4C or 5C slider (category "Spiral Mesh").

The site is easy to access and the ordering instructions are clear. The product was received quickly, unfortunately, it doesn't work. I had downloaded the 'rule' for calculating width and ordered according to the desired width but the zip does not join the spirals. The problem may be that it is a boot zipper?
