The site is perfect. However, I don't understand why you don't offer a pickup of ordered products in your stores. It would be really convenient and would allow the store to better understand the tastes of its customers and thus ensure a more targeted supply.

I was missing a box of 10 capsules upon delivery: it was a coffee I wanted to try... I am thus certain not to recommend it again, having not been able to test it even though I paid for it!

I had it delivered to my company's address to make it easier. But my company's name was not included on the package for delivery. I barely retrieved the package. So this is my first and last order. Too risky.
