The website is good, no issues with navigation but the order tracking is not, for me, up to par: Having had a problem with my order that did not arrive on time, I first contacted customer service by email, without a response. I had to call customer service directly, who kindly resolved the issue with care.

Navigation on the site is quite difficult to find, unfortunately the espresso pods are missing otherwise it's perfect for the rest.

your site is complicated and again I find myself with an order that I did not see coming. It is probably not suitable for me.

It is impossible to easily modify the delivery details on the site. No response when I send an email and no one answers the phone, on hold.

No communication. Sending emails always without response. Otherwise the site is good and delivery is fine. You shouldn't need information.

Even though my company's name was well noted at the delivery address, the company's name was not included on the Colissimo. Instead, they put my own name twice. The package arrived with difficulty. This is not serious.

The site is easy to access. Ordering is quite easy. The only thing I regret is that I did not receive a confirmation email for my order or its shipment. After that, I received the products quickly. Very good quality and delicious products. I know I will order from them again, that's for sure. Not disappointed with my order.
